As with life, it boils down to priority’s and how badly you want to learn. For me it’s cutting away from TV or Internet for long enough to follow the current lesson plan I’ve assembled in a binder. Start at page one and end when my fingers need a break. If I’m in the living room or workshop it means I have the time.
The other thing and probably the most important is having guitars in the living room and workshop I can pick up at any time. It often leads to a full practice session. I keep duplicate binders with lessons in the living room and workshop.
